We use mainly Opel Vivaro and Volkswagen Caravelle. These seat up to 8 passengers per minibus.

  4. How long until the departure date should I book my transfer?

If you are going to travel on a Saturday during the school holidays we recommend that you book at least 2 months in advance. If you travel outside Saturdays then a month before is usually fine.

Our transfers have very competitive prices. If you find the same transfer cheaper, we will match the price. See conditions on our website.

  8. Are all transfers door to door?

Yes, except when the access to the property is not authorised (pedestrian areas for instance) or not possible because of severe weather conditions (the road blocked by the snow for
    example).

  9. How will I find out my exact pickup times?

Our driver will confirm the pickup time during your transfer.

  10. How much luggage can I bring on my MV Transport transfer?

  11. Can I transport a bike or child’s pushchair?

Yes you can, as long as you let us know in advance.

  12. Should I get travel insurance for my trip?

We recommend that you get travel insurance.

It depends on the distance between your resort and the airport. We aim to get you to the airport 2 hours before your flight departure time.

  14. How much do I pay to secure a booking?

You have to pay the full amount.

  15. How do I find MV Transport representatives on arrival?

They will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with your name on a sign.

If you have booked a private transfer we will leave the airport as soon as you arrive. If you have booked a shared transfer you could wait up to an hour.

  17. What happens if there is poor weather/road conditions?

Our vehicles are all equipped with snow tyres and chains. Most of the time this is fine to access and leave the ski resorts. However, in case of very severe weather conditions some

  18. Will I be notified if the driver is running late?

Yes, this is why we ask for a mobile contact number.

  19. How can I contact MV Transport?

You can contact us by email or by phone during the office hours. On your voucher you will be given an emergency number also.
