All the main ski resorts in the French Alps. For summer we cover Moliets, Sainte-Maxime and Provence. Other resorts are available on request.
We use mainly Opel Vivaro and Volkswagen Caravelle. These seat up to 8 passengers per minibus.
If you are going to travel on a Saturday during the school holidays we recommend that you book at least 2 months in advance. If you travel outside Saturdays then a month before is usually fine.
We provide baby seats and child seats free of charge. Just make sure that you request them when you book your transfer.

Yes, except when the access to the property is not authorised (pedestrian areas for instance) or not possible because of severe weather conditions (the road blocked by the snow for example).
Our driver will confirm the pickup time during your transfer.
You can have one suitcase per person, a piece of hand luggage and skis. If you have more, let us know

We recommend that you get travel insurance.
It depends on the distance between your resort and the airport. We aim to get you to the airport 2 hours before your flight departure time.
You have to pay the full amount.
They will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with your name on a sign.
If you have booked a private transfer we will leave the airport as soon as you arrive. If you have booked a shared transfer you could wait up to an hour.
Our vehicles are all equipped with snow tyres and chains. Most of the time this is fine to access and leave the ski resorts. However, in case of very severe weather conditions some roads could be closed by the French authorities. If this is the case then we will have to wait for the road to re-open. This is what we call “force majeur” in our terms and conditions.

You can contact us by email or by phone during the office hours. On your voucher you will be given an emergency number also.
If your flight is delayed, let us know. Our driver will wait for you up to one hour after your normal arrival time. If your flight is delayed for more than one hour we might not be able to wait for you depending on our planning. If this is the case we will pick you up later on during the day.
As per our terms and conditions you can cancel your transfer in line with the bellow: Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the time of travel in order to receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation is received between 8 days and 14 days before you are scheduled to travel. No refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 8 days before you are scheduled to travel.
